eForm Development Options

 
  • Our most robust eForm development service available. We meticulously recreate/build your form(s) from scratch as fillable PDFs. This option gives us full control over the design process (including coding), and enables us to make document changes in the future, if needed. Ideal for projects requiring the highest level of quality, design consistency, and/or special dynamic functions.

    Examples of dynamic functions include:
    - Expandable text fields
    - Adding new/blank rows to tables
    - Adding new modules to sections (i.e. Employment History, Education, Certifications, References, Assets/Liabilities, etc.)
    - Conditional logic (show/hide supplemental content based on user selections)
    - Advanced programming

  • We use your original document(s) for production, exactly as provided to us. Due to limited design involvement, the customer must ensure all document formatting is correct and the design is final before project commencement.

    During the development process, the document(s) will be converted to PDF and various interactive form elements (i.e. text fields, check boxes, drop-downs, etc.) will be manually added to the form where needed.

    The final output will be a static PDF fillable form.

  • It all begins with our Designer or Standard eForm development service (see above). Next, your form is converted & formatted for mobile device use.

    Note: Available form features and functions will vary based on mobile device and mobile app used. Although fillable, the PDF form on mobile will be static in nature. Dynamic functions only available on Windows-based tablets (i.e. Surface Pro).

Our Development Process

 

1. Pre-Development

 

Document Review & Estimating: We review all provided documents for estimating purposes. This is an important 1st step to ensure we have a good understanding of the scope of work, and all costs associated with developing your specific project. IMPORTANT: We kindly ask customers to review all submitted documents for accuracy/completion prior to submitting for review.

 

Phone Consultation (optional): We offer a free one-time consultation (up to 30-mins) for projects requiring a more in-depth review and/or discussion. Typical for large or complex projects.

 

Design Agreement & Down Payment: Prior to project commencement, we will issue a design agreement for customer review & authorization. This simply outlines the terms of the project, incl: project cost, schedule, warranty, etc. We will also request a down-payment based on our payment policy.

2. Production

 

Design Development: After brainstorming various design ideals, we get straight into creating your fillable PDF form(s). This includes adding all design elements according to project specs, form coding (if applicable), and thorough testing & debugging.

Depending on the development type requested, your form may undergo multiple variations and/or design phases (internally) as we develop the project.

Overall, our “Designer” eForm service entails a more elaborate process since we re/create each form from scratch.

 

Turnaround: Our standard turnaround is between 3-7 business days depending on project size. Longer times may apply for larger/more complex projects. RUSH service is usually available (subject to fee), but may vary based on project size, complexity, backlog and turnaround needs.

 

3. Post-Production

 

Customer Review & Feedback: Upon document completion, your project is immediately sent for customer review & feedback. During this phase, customers are allotted additional design time for modifications. Limitations apply for our “Standard” eForm Development service since we do not re/create the form(s).

 

Changes / Revisions: If applicable, we will make changes to the document per the customer comments/requests. Changes exceeding the “additional time allotment for modifications” may be subject to additional fees. Once completed, the updated document(s) is reissued to customer for final review & approval.

 

Document Finalization & Project Closeout: Following final approval, your project is finalized and considered complete. If applicable, final payment will be requested. The customer may then utilize the form, as needed.
